சோபி

க்கிறது, த்தது, க்கும், க்க, v. n. To be beautiful, splendid, handsome, lus trous, to enhance or set forth beauty, பிரகாசமாயிருக்க. 2. To be ornamented, de corated, be flowery--as language, &c., அலங்காரமாயிருக்க. 3. To faint, swoon, be bereft of consciousness, சோர்வுற; [ex சோபம்.] (c.) தலைப்பாகைஅவன்முகத்துக்குச்சோபிக்கும், The turban will beautify his face. வெள்ளைக்குக்கறுப்புச்சோபிக்கும். Black inter spersed will enhance the beauty of the white.

சோபித்துக்கிடக்க, inf. To lie faint, to be in a swoon.

அழகுசோபிக்க, inf. To be very beau tiful, as dress, &c.
