முண்டி

muṇṭi   n. Hindi. muṇḍa. [T.muṇḍi, K. moṇḍu.] Pertinacious beggar. Seeகல்லுளிமங்கன். Loc.

muṇṭi   n. muṇḍin. 1. Personwith a clean-shaven head; மழித்த தலையினன்.(திருவாலவா. குறிப்பு.) 2. Barber; நாவிதன்.(இலக். அக.) 3. cf. puṇḍrin. One who wearsa caste mark on his forehead; நெற்றியில் திரிபுண்டரம் அணிந்தவன். நீற்றுப் பூண்டகு முண்டியேடா (திருவாலவா. 13, 14).
