தேரையாதனம்

tērai-y-ātaṉam   n. id.+. (Yōga.) A yōgic posture of lying downfrog-like, with arms touching the sides and thefeet drawn up touching the hips; கவிழ்ந்திருந்துகைகள் இரண்டு விலாவிலும் கால்கள் இரண்டு பிருட்டத்திலும் சேரும்படி முடக்கிக்கிடக்கும் யோகாசனம் (தத்துவப். 109, உரை )
