கடைவள்ளல்கள்

kaṭai-vaḷḷalkaḷ   n. id.+. Munificent patrons of the last order whogave liberally to those who praised them,being seven in number, viz., பாரி, ஆய், எழினி,நள்ளி, மலையன், பேகன், ஓரி, dist. fr. முதல் வள்ளல்கள் and இடைவள்ளல்கள் புகழ்ந்து பாடினோர்க்குவேண்டியாங்களித்த கொடையாளிகள். (பிங்.)
