ஆகமம்

ākamam   * n. ā-gama. 1. Šāstras, scriptures, one of six piramāṇam, q.v.;வேதசாஸ்திரங்கள். (பிங்.) 2. Scriptures believedto be revealed by God and peculiar to Šaivism,Vaiṣṇavism, Šāktism or Jainism; முதல்வன்வாக்கு (பிங்.) 3. (Gram.) Augment, letter orsyllable inserted in the combination of twowords or two parts of a word; தோன்றல் விகாரத்தால் வருமெழுத்து. ஆன்ற யகாரம்வந் தாகம மாகும்(வீரசோ. சந்தி 13).
