அவாந்தரம்

avāntaram   * n. avāntara.1. Intermediate time, place, means, interim;இடையிலுள்ளது. 2. Void, vacuum, emptiness;வெறுவெளி. அவாந்தரத்திலே அக்கினி பிறக்கிறது. (W.)3. Desolation, helpless state; உதவியின்மை அவன் குடும்பம் அவாந்தரமாயிருக்கிறது.  

avāntaram   அவாந்தரை, s. a wide and void space, vacuum, வெறுவெளி; 2. intermediate time or place, மத்தி; 3. ruin, waste, அழிவு.

அவாந்தரமான வெளி, desert plain, wilderness.

அவாந்தரையாய்க் கிடக்க, to be in ruin, to be waste.

அவாந்தரப் பிரளயம், intermediate annihilation of the universe.
