சுமதி

cumti   s. [prop. சுமை.] Burdensome ness, incumbrance, pressure of duty, responsibility, expense, &c., பாரம். 2. [prov.] Large quantity, மிகுதி--commonly செமதி. (c.) அதுஉன்மேற்சுமதி. It is your duty. 2. It will devolve on you; you are accounta ble for it, &c. சுமதியாய்வந்ததா. Did you get (them) in large quantities?

cumati   s. Discretion, நற்புத்தி. 2. A person of discretion, one well learned, அ றிஞன். 3. One wise and well disposed, நற்புத்தியுள்ளோன்--used aiso for the feminine; [ex ச, et மதி, knowledge.] (p.)
