குடில்

kuṭil   n. prob. kuṭīra. 1. Hut, shed;குடிசை. என்ன மாதவஞ் செய்ததிச் சிறுகுடில் (பாரத.கிருட். 80). 2. Movable, conoidal roof forsheltering beasts or stacks of straw or gate-waysfrom the weather; ஆட்டுக்கிடை முதலியவற்றைமூடுதற்கு உதவும் குடில் (W.) 3. Abode, dwellingplace; வீடு குடிலுறுகாமர் பொன்னகர் (கந்தபு. கடவுள் 14). 4. A cone-shaped block of wood usedto prevent big cars from running fast and toturn them at street-corners; தேர்ச்சக்கரங்களைத்திருப்பிச்செலுத்தற்குக் கொடுக்கும் மரக்கட்டை. Loc.
