To fail before a foe or rival, to yield to superior force, தோற்க. ஒருத்தனுக்கொருத்தனிளையான். To refresh, cause to rest, show civilities, &c. to tra vellers or weary persons, இளைப்பொழிக்க.வழியிளைப்பாற்ற, inf. To enter tain and refresh travellers, offering them a seat, water to wash their feet, fanning them, &c. மன்றலந்தென்றல்வீசி வழியிளைப்பாற்றினாளே.
